From the timing of Dyson's communications to the selection of methods, Dyson works hard at making it all look easy. Instead of burying new customers with an onslaught of e-mails, blasts are sent when a vacuum cleaner is nearing the end of its warranty period or to remind the customers that they are available to help solve any and every problem with their product. In this manner Dyson simply wants the customers to understand that they are the expert to turn to for everyone's cleaning needs.
